How to Control Diabetes

Control your diabetes in just 90 days and then live like a normal person for the rest of your life.  Eat any kind of food you like the most. No diets or supplements needed. Those who have the symptoms of high blood pressure and high ldl cholesterol levels may require some diabetic diet guidelines.

Diabetic Research

Dr. RK reveals his scientifically proven, very simple and natural, but amazingly powerful method with successful case study results. His diabetes control book (hardcopy book or real book) entitled "Permanent Diabetes Control" guides on how to do research and how to control diabetes with many examples. A trial and error procedure was developed to lower blood glucose levels after eating. The subject is lucid and self-explanatory.

Type 1 Diabetes Research

All you need do is monitor your blood glucose levels at least 6 times a day (3 fasting blood glucose levels and 3 blood sugar levels after eating) for "90 consecutive days" with a goal in mind to lower the daily average blood sugar level to normal with an optimal dose of rapid-acting humalog insulin and exercise after eating. Fine-tuning of after meal glucose levels is necessary during this research phase. More times you monitor blood sugar level, more accurate your average blood sugar level would be, and the better you understand your diabetes. Your blood glucose levels after eating will then be stabilized, thereby establishing normal hemoglobin a1c levels (< 7%). With stabilized average blood glucose level and normal hemoglobin a1c levels, you will be able to control diabetes precisely and keep it tightly controlled for the rest of your life.

Type 2 Diabetes Research

If you are a type 2 diabetic, research first by monitoring blood glucose levels after eating (after every major meal consumption) with exercise and without oral medication. If the glucose levels do not lower to normal with exercise alone, then research with a rapid-acting pill and with exercise after eating. If the oral medications do not work, switch to a rapid-acting insulin such as humalog with exercise, and your type 2 diabetes management would be easier and a lot more rewarding than ever. You can complete this kind of diabetic research in 90 days, working alone at your home, achieving amazing results. You will be amazed to find yourself as the master of diabetes control.

Type 2 Diabetes Statistics

An a1c test for diabetes among type 2 diabetics in the USA alone revealed a1c test results as 9.4% while the normal hemoglobin a1c levels should be below 7%. Lowering a1c level to normal (less than 7%) for many diabetics became an impossible task because it requires self-discipline, diligence, motivation and high knowledge on how to control diabetes.

Importance of Healthy Eating

Managing diabetes in tight control, you can live for the rest of your life eating foods that you enjoy the most—keeping in mind however that a balanced meal made from complex carbohydrates foods, a variety of fruits and vegetables along with whole baked fish, baked skinless chicken or oven baked turkey is the best healthy eating habit. Adopting diabetes exercise program to lower blood glucose levels after eating is of paramount importance. Treadmill exercises, walking as exercise, biking exercise are the best examples of diabetic exercises.

Treatment Outcome

After completing the aforementioned research on diabetes, whether type 1 or type 2,  you will be rejuvenated with fresh red blood cells filled with normal hemoglobin a1c levels, meaning diabetes is tightly controlled. Long term side effects of type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus such as coronary heart diseases and stroke, peripheral artery disease, painful neuropathy, acute kidney disease, and diseases of the small blood vessels in the eyes, kidneys, legs and nerves can thus be minimized or even reversed.

Diabetes Self Management Education

Understanding the function of pancreas and diabetes insipidus causes, type 1 diabetes research, type 2 diabetes research, and the use of hemoglobin a1c test for diabetes with a thorough concept is the key to controlling diabetes. "What diabetics need is proper self management education because knowledge is not only the power but also the best medicine of all," says Dr. RK.
His hemoglobin A1c dropped to 5.0% (his personal best ever). Click on "

This book provides us with a method to accomplish a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Konduru learned it the hard way. After experiencing complications he decided to find the way his body likes to be treated. We, on the other hand, should learn from his experience and start implementing perfect blood sugar controls right now!

Thank you, Dr. Rao Konduru, for providing the diabetic community with such a comprehensive book, on everything related to blood sugar control, including all up-to-date technology. I would recommend this book to every newly diagnosed and veteran diabetic!
